Overview
To manage, control and deliver a large complex Pharmaceutical project to the satisfaction of both the company and their client. This responsibility is for the full project life cycle begining at tender or negotiations stage through to commencement of the Project on site.
Key duties:
- To ensure that all statutory and company safety requirements are met
- To ensure that company procedures are complied with and that relevant information is communicated with the project staff
- To develop good relationships with the client and potential clients along with their respective advisors
- To work with the Operations Director ensuring that the projects are adequately staffed by suitably qualified and experienced staff and that future needs are identified
- To maximise the project margin & control costs
Criteria:
- Construction experience in Pharmaceutical projects essential
- Ability to lead diverse teams and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Strong understanding of project financing, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Ability to develop long-term plans and foresee potential challenges.
