Our client a leading facilities management operations and maintenance company in Saudi Arabia have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand their market presence in the facility management sector.

This strategic role involves:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, set clear goals, and drive revenue through innovative lead generation and market analysis.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely RFP submissions.

Brand Positioning & Marketing: Enhance our market presence via effective marketing and digital platforms, including LinkedIn and our clients website.

Innovation Integration: Implement cutting-edge technologies and enhance CRM systems to boost project acquisition and client engagement.

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, overseeing tasks, quality control, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Facility Management in S.Arabia
  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Degree or qualification from a Saudi university or educational institution
