Our client a leading highly respected main contractor have a great opportunity for a Building Services Engineer (Electrical) to join their growing team on a large-scale project. Overview: The Electrical Building Services Engineer will work within our Mission Critical team and you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of the project. Key duties: – Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle from – Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning – Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities – Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project Criteria: – Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services – 5-7 years experience in building services coordination – Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally projects experience in Data Centre/Industrial/ preferable Remuneration: Permanent position, Excellent salary plus bonus, company car, annual leave, pension and healthcare insurance.
